Play it cool! — сдерживать темперамент. Дословно - играть холодно.

Делать хорошую мину при плохой игре, не подавать виду, что ты в деле не разбираешься. Верный совет в американском бизнесе!

(*)Play bouncy-bouncy (to) — заниматься тем самым, от чего пружины матраса так скрипят.

(*)Play (the skin flute) with oneself — заниматься онанизмом (смысл выражения, думается, поняткен).

Play grab-ass (to) = to grope — тискать.
